I recently noticed that the EoX API stopped working, returning the message "forbidden". I have used this feature for the past few years without any problems.
All other features of the support API runs without issues.
I ran tests through Postman, and the result is the same. I renewed my access keys, and the problem still persists.

I actually just started to try using this API for the first time today and keep getting 403 Forbidden as well. I thought I must be doing something wrong so it's nice to see someone else having the issue. Just curious, does this look like a correct URL to hit? ive seen a few different DNS names mentioned (api.cisco.com and apix.cisco.com) as well as different versions:
/supporttools/eox/rest/5/
/supporttools/eox/rest/6/

I received an email from Cisco. They're having issues with the EoX API.
"The EOX API is currently experiencing some technical issues, and the API Team is working to resolve them. I have included the API Team in this email for further update."

Thank you so much.... I was banging my head again the desk wondering what was going on. Are you just exchanging emails with supportapis-help@cisco.com or is there a different place to ask the status of the API issues?

You're welcome! I think this issue is impacting a lot of people and their jobs. The email address that replied to me was apix-support@cisco.com.

Be good to have a status portal for these APIs IMO.

No kidding! At one point, I tried to see if one existed but couldn't find it. It would have saved me a ton of debugging time if I would have been able to see that the API was busted.
