Missing data in GET Product Information by Serial Number(s) API

Hi everyone!
 
We are using the Cisco Support API to help some customers generate new opportunities.
We have been experiencing some difficulties with the GET Product Information by Serial Number(s) API.
Some serial numbers, when searched, do not return any information. This is especially true for switches in the Catalyst 9200 and 9500 series. Below is a screenshot of a query performed using Postman.
 

The same serial number, when entered at https://cway.cisco.com/sncheck/, returns the correct information for the device.

Is this behavior expected? Does Cisco intend to adjust this information?
Is there another source of information that can be used to consult this data?

If you get enough information here, would suggest a TAC case and provide the SN so they can check. I’m not sure if they two systems you mentioned are connected in anyway nor why results would differ, only an issue is present in the API console.
