Hello, I tried and tried but seem that InterVLAN is not working and I cannot ping my router with the VLAN different from the default one do you have an idea ? should I set a VLAN onetoone to mask the other VLAN?

kay is clear what you have told but first of all seem that the router from VLAN2 don't ping to VLAN1 gateway even if I set the defaul gateway so looks like interVLAN is not working .... d o I have to use some kind of ACL or VLAN mapping to masquerade...

okay got your point but why I cannot even ping 192.168.5.2 that is the IP of VLAN1 from VLAN2 and the routing flag are enabled this is quite strange

Good point ... this is the ISP modem and don't provide configuration so I have to add routing for 192.168.20.x to 92.168.5.2 right ?

There is no way to route to internet from VLAN2 (IP's 192.168.20.x) I this is the screenshot I really don't understand why it will not route from there but ir route perfectly from VLAN1 default one... Check screenshots....
