This was a partial solution. The link was correct - https://customerservice.cloudapps.cisco.com/ - but I needed the steps outlined because it was not intuitive how to open a support request. Thanks to email support, that has been accomplished.
Good tip. Supposedly a service request has been opened but it doesn’t appear on my dashboard. I’d mark this resolved if it did. Sigh.‘Thanks for your help.
