We've tried to install agent manually but again when we check the status of the relevant DC on Cisco ISE it shows down.Also the ad user has full privileges.Regards

I think i'll go with the 17.9.6 firmware version. No extra configuration will be required. For authentications ISE will be used, i do not know if you have any objections for 17.9.6 firmware.
