When I select a colleague, the icons to call them are available but not the one to send them a message. when I click on their name, nothing happens. Therefore I can't contact them other than to call... how can this be fixed?
What about Firefly.ai? I don't think Webex Assistant captures a great transcript and the real value is in taking minutes, including actions for the meeting participants.

Not that kind of ping… I mean send a message. Don’t see that icon and when I search for someone’s name, although they come up, I can’t select them and send them a message
