Hi David! thank you for your response and your time, which you get round to configure lab. ipref is a nice tool but it is not easy to go to 40 customers, and explain that speedtest.net doesnt't work I suppose, Ipref works probably because of TCP win...

Problem for sure is with router and probably with NAT's ACL or ACL on LAN interface. Paste "sh access-list" and "sh ip route" and part of NAT configuration
