What 1760 IOS supports T1 using QSIG?

I put on the latest IOS 13T and it didn't even see my T1 Card. Before that was 11T and it didn't support QSIG. any help?

it gives me primary-qsig as an option now but it doesn't give me pri-group timeslots under the controller so i can't create my PRI. any help?

When I experienced this TAC had me enter the global config command "voice call send-alert". It got the job done.Hope this helps.
