I got in both networks using this.Seems the Username is indeed Case Sensitive.And always document.And kicked out before I could even check the software version.Perhaps a Reset to Factory (not now, but after hours).
"The management MAC address is 00:00:5e:00:01:01"I used that on a network scan and found the Management IP. I got Authenticated, then a blank screen. More info later.
Actually, I did make 1 change. I added a Cisco Meraki m48 port POE switch to the network.Surely that would not effect the Primary?My 2nd network across town has no such addition, yet also has "No Primary Found" and no way to manage.
