We have several FRATM and ATM WAN links that do not support CDP. What can I do to enable CDP to work over our ATM network?

The ANI Sever is finding devices by multiple ip addresses. One devices is showing up as two devices with different ip addresses. It will show up with the loopback under its hostname and also find it by a serial ip address.
