Trying to install LMS 3.2 on Server 2008

I'm trying to install LMS 3.2 on Server 2008 64X it is telling me it is not supported on the machine running terminal services.Terminal service is not running and we have turned off remote desktop. Any ideas??

I'm unable to view the 2800 series routers via Cisco View. I have installed the device package. I am able to view 2600 series router and 3600 series however any suggestions?
