Snap Camera not working with Cisco Jabber 12.0 and up..

Hi .. don't know if anyone has this issue.I have snap camera installed (any version) works with Cisco Jabber 11.0; however, as soon as I updated Cisco Jabber to 12 or up.. It does not detect Snap Camera video.  I don't think it is the Snap camera bec...
