Yes that’s correct. FUBAR indeed.Apparently I just need a copy of Cisco Unified Comms Manager and I can change the phone from Enterprise to MFF.Are you familiar with that process?
PID version on the handset I have is v04.I’d prefer to try and convert this handset than use Yealink crap. How do I do this? Point the update/change at the relevant handset IP addy?Thanks so much for your help – I owe you one.Frank
