It will not allow you to change the linecard setting while it is active. First shut down the line card then apply the command you want then no shut down it. If the system in production this might affect the traffic processing.
You need to define following AV pair in the RADIUS profilecisco-avpair="ip:sub-policy-Out=CUST_BW_PKG_1_OUT" cisco-avpair = "ip:sub-policy-In=CUST_BW_pkg_1_IN"then RADIUS will pass those two policy map names as subscribers inbound& outbound policies...
