SG350-28P losing config after reboot.

Hi community! We have a SG350-28P-K9 V04 that loses its VLAN config at every reboot.We make sure to save the config but it loads a different one at every boot. The firmware version is 2.4.5.71 Is it possible that the switch is defective?
