You can install the new ios in 1 RSP active. ( Take off RSP standby )In the case need rollback to old IOS, take off the RSP active and insert RSP standby back to boxThe router will come up with the IOS old ( the IOS on the RSP standby card)
I find the answer to this issue.The span port will capture traffic on the port, but the span has just captured the port to have real traffic. In this case, The physical interface don't have real traffic, the traffic in sub-bundle
