I had a NM-HDA-4FXS card go bad in my 3725 router but did not receive a notification from Ciscoworks. What should I check? Campus manager 3.3, RME 3.5, DFM 1.2.

Still having trouble. I allready had the route plan box "Use Calling Party's External Phone Number Mask" box checked. I changed the calling line id presentation to allowed but still no luck. I see no checkbox in the gateway settings to use the calli...
If I make the changes suggested doesnt that effect all phone using that route pattern or gateway? I only have one phone that I want to show its actual CallerID.
