Cisco MCU5320 Is not accepting my password

Currently, I have a primary Cisco MCU 5320 and a slaved 5320 that are not accepting my username and password. The sign on was working a couple of months ago. How do I recover to get access to my MCUs. Thank you. Hector Mejia
