You also can check Bridge group name of Primary AP - it should be "default".Initialy when mesh extender is connecting to AP it search for bridge group name "default" which is fabric for CBW mesh extenders.

Hello,You firmware on AP and Mesh extender should be the same, you can try to upgrade mesh to same firmware version as AP.You also must be sure that devices are produced for the same region.
