DHCP and port-security

Hi.I'm trying to understand why the DHCP of Vlan 1001 doesn't issue ip address to both PCs (3&4).The switch next to the HUB has a port-security which allows only 1 MAC address to be learnt.Can anyone explain it to me? What did I do wrong?Thanks!

Thanks for the reply.I want to allow only 1 MAC address to be learnt, the "maximum 2" will allow more than one, isn't it?
