I have a device on my network by the MAC address and I chose the "Block Policy" but the device still get an address. I can't find anywhere to make adjustments to this policy. Guessing this is a default policy that should just work?
When calling into a phone tree of options the Webex software phone doesn't pass dtmf tones either from the software or from the keyboard. Is there option that needs to be configured for that to happen? Thanks,David
