When calling into a phone tree of options the Webex software phone doesn't pass dtmf tones either from the software or from the keyboard. Is there option that needs to be configured for that to happen?
Thanks,
David

I have also been unable to send DTMF tones from Webex, making it impossible to access Interactive Voice response systems (eg. telephone banking). By using a third-party tone generator, which I know works, I discovered that Webex was *blocking* DTMF tones: you just hear a faint click where the start of the tone should have been. The fix on Android is to go to:
E.\Settings\Audio\Smart audio\External audio\ and select 'Original'. I can now send tones from the TouchTone app *and* from the Webex keypad.
The Windows version of Webex is, of course, different, and I have been unable to get the fix to work on this.

Just did a quick check and it works for us calling from the current all in one Webex desktop application. We're using a local gateway to our pre-existing SIP provider.
By the way, a great way to check outbound DTMF is to call the local Webex number. When it asks for the meeting ID punch in a few digits followed by "#" and Webex reads them back to you. Normally the numbers are toll free as well, and exist pretty much everywhere in the world.

What PSTN option are you using?
We had a similar problem in the past where there was an issue at provider side and the encoding of DTMF (inband vs. out of band)
