I have 2 switch 3650 with a license ipbase, there is a procedure to register the license or it automatically already made.
If I make an upgrade of the IOS, I have to register has my license ?

I have several questions concerning a switch 3650 24T, i would want to know the procedure to upgrade the IOS by TFTP ans by the mode console, to clean the flash memory.
And how to stop the services:
- setup express
- exception memory...
All right for the question 1), thank you. So the upgrade by the USB is better that "install software" process. I had understood the opposite.
