I'd like to add that I believe the TPS used a different type of transcoding to better handle the immersive traffic as the MCU was not supported for 3 screen systems. Not sure if this changed in the most recent software but that was a factor before.
Just to clarify when you close out the wizard to exit idle mode it doesnt go back into idle until the server is rebooted? Id most certainly recommend upgradign to 5.3 as there has been a number of bug fixes since rev 4

My apologies if you are connecting to a c20 you connect over lan. You would plug the panel into a lan port in the wall or table and ensure it is on thesame subnet. Give the panel a static ip. Once it is set you and search for devices to pair.
