Updating IOS Broke Webui

After updating my Cisco 9200l from 16.12.04 to 17.13.01 I cannot access the webui. I get an error message that says "SSL_ERROR_INTERNAL_ERROR_ALERT".

This is not resolved, I am using Firefox and have cleared all browser data. show webui: all shows:filesystem type: unknownmounted: unknown

The browser does not display a self-signed cert like my old switch does. Also, worth noting these switches have FIPS enabled.

I have and attempted to remove and recreate the HTTP/HTTPS server by issuingno ip http serverno ip http secure-serverip http serverip http secure-servershow ip http server all looks like it should.
