Updating IOS Broke Webui

After updating my Cisco 9200l from 16.12.04 to 17.13.01 I cannot access the webui. I get an error message that says "SSL_ERROR_INTERNAL_ERROR_ALERT".

Hello jordan.thompson@avarint.com

Do you have verified the HTTPS server configuration on the Cisco 9200L ?

Best regards

I have and attempted to remove and recreate the HTTP/HTTPS server by issuing

no ip http server

no ip http secure-server

ip http server

ip http secure-server

show ip http server all looks like it should.

is that means it resolved or still having issue ?

Try clear the browser cache and test again, or use FireFox and test it.

This is not resolved, I am using Firefox and have cleared all browser data. show webui: all shows:

filesystem type: unknown

mounted: unknown

The browser does not display a self-signed cert like my old switch does. Also, worth noting these switches have FIPS enabled.
