How to do T.37 fax on ramp from SIP T.38

We are wanting to use the T.37 fax on ramp solution on a Cisco 3662 with the calls coming in as SIP using T.38. We are not able to get this operational. Is this work flow supported or is on ramp only usable from POTS?
