hi tommy, thanks for the information indeed. I was able to make it work after rigorous testing and these were my mistakes below; - i happened to defined a wrong relay on the public listener which shouldn't be the case since this will just accept...
hi josh, i already performed those steps before.on the logs i saw different categories..it seemed that when i do associate my identities to the access logs..with chat being allowed it didnt work..the policy was being hit and the url categories too......
