Hi John,Unfortunately we don't have a WLC. We also don't have a Cisco Support Contract for this switch, meaning I can't download the IOS. Is there anything I can do?Thanks,Richard

I can't. When I try to connect to the IP address with Telnet I get the message 'Password required, but none set'. Sorry if I am being dumb, but I am a bit of a newbie to this!
