Hi, i had a problem when giving access to SNTC portal for an account outside my company.Already register the account in the CSAM (prints attached) but i'm still without access to this company on SNTC. 
Hi,we got a problem when trying to set DNS config, Timezone, NTP server and Hostname the configuration failed, showing us the message failed to execute, null for every entry as shows on the print attached.  
Hi, We did the procedures to activate the SNTC Portal and wait 24 hours, we validate with cisco support, you can see it on file attached and the contract used is a SNTC contract, but still without access.
