Route advertised to all LAN sites except one

HiI added a static route (10.96.0.0 255.255.0.0 10.21.1.8) to one of our LAN sites and then advertised it out via BGP. All sites on the network can now access this new route except for one. Any ideas what the issue could be? See below some tests from...
