Unfortunately, this isn't a working solution for the issue.It may me worth noting that our soft phone software by Unify is indeed able to pause background music.

We have nearly the same problem. After entering login data, the endless spinner appears as @Stephen M described and additionally, a browser window opens saying "organisation not found".Protected Mode is enabled.
