I think you can find a cancel meeting record in your calendar or outlook, you can try deleting that record, so webex will not reminder you.

Send an email notification to the host when the meeting content is ready This configuration exists in Events,Training,Meetings.You can check to see if everything is turned off.   This configuration distinguishes between Events,Training,Meetings  

You can try to click Help-Health Checker,   At the bottom of the Health Checker window click Reset. Log back in and see if that resolved your issue .

The normal logic is that after you enter your account, you will see (password box,Sign in,Forgot password?).If you've lost your Forgot password? I think that's a bug.

You can try using the shortcut CTRL+O. If it is convenient, please provide the platform (win/mac/android/ios) and version (like: 42.12.0.24485).     I wanted to see if the same version as yours would have the same problem.
