My company is currently using PBX to PIMG configuration and we had a Cisco engineer come in and install CUC 7.1.3.  Right now all of the system prompts sound choppy.  I am thinking that it is PIMG issue and that a reset could help resolve the problem...
At my company we are currently using Meridian Mail and on this system we have a feature where users can call a number and then enter an extension (followed by #) and be transferred to that user's mailbox.  Is there any way I can do this on Cisco Unit...
