I am having this issue also, all devices are shown in CMX and under the setting on floor maps in prime, the only way that I can get the clients to appear in prime is to perform a cxmos reboot , which will allow me to view everything for about 4 days ...
Ok I see that someone posted the working solution to the problem as to how to attain the UDI on a virtual CMX but I do not see it, the cmxos inventory does not show nor dose the getserverinfo, please advise thanks
