Wayne, We found when we didnt run the v10.15.3 update on the CISCO Webex: Cs-Codec-Pro-NR-K9, the dropdowns are available. When the Codec is updated with v10.15.3, the dropdown option is not available. Thoughts?Thanks, Justin

It wasnt a SX80, my mistake. The Codec is a CISCO Webex Cs-Codec-Pro-NR-K9. I got another Codec, and completed the update to 10.15.3. The update should not have affected the device. However, as before, the Call: Main connection dropdown does not ...
