Won't hurt if you check the Faste's duplex & speed settings. Sometimes our CE will just default back to half upon reboot. Also a bad disk may also cause slowness. Check status of all disks. "show disk detail". hope this helps

Are you able to connect at all to the VIP using the protocol configured in your Content rule? Are you saying that it tried 5 unsuccessful connections? Please verify.
