Currently have the Air-ap1142n with POE but what is the difference with the 1141 and 1140? Do they still have POE? thanks

To begin I downloaded the " c1140-k9w7-tar.153-3.JB.tar " from cisco.com. Is this the correct Autonomous AP IOS software? Will I also the IOS boot image?
