Are you sure it's not normal traffic? Do you see input traffic increase on this router at the same time? Are you graphing interface traffic?

The config files are stored in a configuration folder. You can locate by clicking Options, Global Options, and General, at the bottom is the folder location. Copy that folder to the new laptop in it's config directory.Hope it helps.Scott
