Yesterday I gave a Contact Center Demo demo to leadership. I showed them the call recording portion of the Contact Center (recording management) and all of the recording were just of the agent. The caller could not be heard of any of the recordings. ...
how would i run a report to see how many calls a particular extension is getting during a certain time period?
