Subject: Need Help Finding Agent State Chart After Webex Dashboard Update
Hello,
Our team recently experienced the Webex dashboard update, and I'm having trouble locating some critical functionality that we used regularly before the change.
Specifically, I cannot find:
1. The chart/view that displays my agents' current states
2. The duration indicators showing how long agents have been in their current states
3. The option to log agents out directly from this screen
