Ok, I intend to try and implement the protocol with the info I currently have, hopefully it will do for the basic test the customer needs.It might take some time but I hope to update how it worked out.

No, the data bytes (32 bytes after the udp header) are not random, the last part of it may be random ("abcdabcd...") but before that there are very meaningful fields, most important is a timestamp used for the measurements (check the Wireshark link I...
