Cisco jabber 14.1.3 airplane icon on contact photos

has anyone ran into this issue? I had to roll the user back to 12.5.9. I deleted the roaming jabber folder in the app data folder. and tried to reinstall 14.1.3 still no luck. any feedback?

the user does not have OOO in their exchange calendar or cisco jabber.

I did a test on my outlook 365 by putting automatic replies on. I do not have the airplane. nor do I show out of office like the user does

not a status but a airplane icon is on the contact photo and the user has a Out of office status but the user is actually in the office.
