Where does CCM 3.2 put its extension config info. I can't add an extension in Voice mail because it say's it already exsists but it does not show in the left pane.

I have the 7960 IP phones and am running CCM 3.2. Where do I go to set up the MWI lights system wide. I tried to add and entry using CCM Feature--->Voice Mail--->Message Waiting but I get an error when I put in my Extension saying profile already exi...
