Can't Config RMON from GUI

I use CiscoWork 2.6 ,I can't config RMON from GUI, But i already check the community string read /write and i can use NetCofig for deploy config to the device.

I try to setting for monitor threshold for Temperature and CPU Utililizaiton for cisco WS-C6509-E IOS: s72033-ipservicesk9_wan-mz.122-18.SXF1.binWhen i change the value of threshold why it not show alarm.How to solve this problem.

Dear All I use campus manager 4.0.4, The User Tacking always status = Running . And many end host found (1758400 end hosts) I think it wrong. How to stop and start user tacking by manual? How to debug the process ? ThanksIttipol.c
