Installed two new switches 2960's and in CNA ver 5.2 they are showing up with "edge" link and status is "neighbor"? They are gig uplinked but CNA doesnt not reflect that - any ideas why?ThanksChris
newbielogged into web interface to change ip address from 192.x.x.x to 10.x.x.x. It works for a few minutes then reverts back to 192.x.x.x address. Cant telnet because there is no password set.not sure what to do,thanks

yes- everything seems to work until I try to login using the new password. So I renamed the config.text to .old and started over from scratch since I didnt need the configuration anyway. I am new at configuring switches and I'm using it for practic...
I got to the end of the procedures and did follow them step by step. However when I try the new password it does not allow me access. I tried your suggestion as well but after holding down the mode button for 10 seconds or longer - nothing happens?
