2960x stack故障

两台2960x堆叠，show switch状态都是正常的 ，但是此时插入上行SPF+链路后，从交换机会重启，并且启动状态一致卡在BOOT FAIL版本信息：Cisco IOS Software, C2960X Software (C2960X-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.2(4)E8, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc3)
