When I try to login to CLI using admin account, I get successfully authenticated but i get to linux prompt
"[admin@ccoll01 ~]$ " instead of adminshell enable mode. Collectorlogin account is working as well.

When I tried to upgrade the software to 2.7.3.2 the upgrade process is stuck in "Apply in-progress"

CSPxxxxxx35 was the old registration, I have replaced it with new registration CSPxxxxxxxxxx73 and restarted the services as suggested. CSPxxxxxxxxxx73 is the latest/correct one. Thanks
We cannot retain the same IP address. In that case do I have to build another server and restore it with the backup?
We currently have V2.7.3.1, can we build the new server with V2.8.0.1 and restore it?
