We recently started to use Webex app. When finishing the setup en login to our environment there is no ringtone comming out of the Laptop speaker at a incomming call.During testing everything is sounding normal.Alle setting are OK.What can cause this...
Same problem here. Out organisation switched over from Jabber to Webex. We also have no ringtones at an incomming call.during testing audio from the settings menu, everything works fine.
Still nobody with a solution?All audio settings works normal. Even with Cisco Jabber.Only with Webex App i've got this problem of no incomming call ringtones
