No ringtone after activation

We recently started to use Webex app. 
When finishing the setup en login to our environment there is no ringtone comming out of the Laptop speaker at a incomming call.
During testing everything is sounding normal.
Alle setting are OK.

What can cause this?

Still nobody with a solution?

All audio settings works normal. Even with Cisco Jabber.
Only with Webex App i've got this problem of no incomming call  ringtones

Hi there, 

Just a basic check, by any chance is your laptop is on focus mode ? Sharing my webex app settings which is default and ringtone works properly via Laptop speaker. Please also check if Ringtone is properly set from selection and it's not in "off" mode.

During testing, everything is working fine.
